Amaretto Smoothie • 4 (1.5 fluid oz) jiggers Amaretto Liqueur • 4 (1.5 fluid oz) jiggers Milk • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream In a blender combine amaretto, milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into 4 glasses.
Belfast Brownie • 1 oz. Irish Cream • 1 oz. Crème de Cacao (dark) • 1 oz. Orange Curaçao • 4 pieces Candied Orange Peel • 2 tbsp Cream Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then strain into a glass.
Golden Cadillac • 1 oz Crème de Cacao (white) • 1 oz Galliano •1 oz Light Cream Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Grasshopper • 1 oz Crème de Menthe (white) • 1 oz Crème de Cacao (white) • 1 oz Light Cream • Garnish: Grated Chocolate Shake the liqueurs and the cream with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a little grated chocolate.
Velvet Hammer • 1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa) • 1 oz Light Cream Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
