Serving Recommendations
Temperature:
Red
wine is best served at room temperature to bring out its aromatic
elements. The ideal temperature for red wines is 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
White
or Rose' wine should be served chilled at about 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
Uncorking:
A slight
amount of oxygen enhances a wine's characteristics so we recommend
opening all red wines well in advance of serving.
