Old Fashioned
• 3 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Water
• 3 dashes Bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• Garnish: Cherry
Muddle water, sugar cube and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Add whiskey, crushed ice and stir. Garnish with cherry and serve with a swizzle stick.

Manhattan (DRY)
• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• Bitters
• Garnish: Lemon twist
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Black Hawk
• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• Garnish: Cherry
Add both the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Frisco Sour
• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1/2 oz oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Benedictine
• Garnish: Lemon Slice
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Imperial Fizz
• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 4 oz Club Soda
Shake Blended Whiskey, Lemon Juice, and Superfine Sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Fill the glass with club soda and stir.

Socrates
• 2 oz Canadian Whisky
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 tsp Triple Sec
• 1 dash Bitters
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Lady Luv
• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1 oz Dark Rum
•1 oz Anejo Rum
• 1 tsp Creme de Cacao (white)
Mix all the ingredienst in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Sidecar
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Lemoon Juice
• 1 oz Triple Sec
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass.

Alexander
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Half and Half
• 1 oz Creme de Cacao (dark)
• Garnish: 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg

Stinger
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe (white)
Mix both the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Brandy Swizzle
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 dash Bitters
Shake brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar, and bitters in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a collins glass over ice. Stir well and serve with a swizzle stick.

Brandy Daisy
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Water
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Grenadine
• Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the fruits.

Brandy Fizz
• 2 oz Brandy
• 4 oz Club Soda
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• Garnish: Fruits

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Stir and garnish with the fruits.

Back Pagoda
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Triple Sec
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Between the Sheets
• 2 oz. cognac or brandy
• 2 oz. Cointreau
• 2 oz. white rum (Bacardi)
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass.
Can also be served martini style in a cocktail glass.


French Coffee
4 oz. cognac
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• Hot, strong coffee
• Lightly whipped cream
Build in a coffee glass or wine glass with extra thick walls. Stir sugar with cognac in the glass, add coffee, and last put a lid of whipped or shaken cream on top.


French Connection
1/2 shot cognac
• 1/2 shot amaretto
Build on ice in a rocks glass.

Gimlet
• 3 part Gin
• 1 part sweetened lime juice
• Chilled water (optional)
• Garnish: Split lime wedge (or cherry)
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with fruit.

Bramble
• 2 parts Gin
• 1 part lemon juice
• Splash of sugar syrup
• 1 half part Crème de Mure
• Garnish: Lemon slice and blackberries
Build over crushed ice. Drizzle with Crème de Mure. Garnish with fruit.

Country Breeze
• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 half oz. Crème de Cassis
• Apple juice
• Garnish: Apple slice and a blackberry.
Build ingredients over ice into a tall glass, topping with the apple juice. Garnish with fruit.


Salty Dog
• 2 oz. Gin
• Grapefruit Juice
• Garnish: Wedge of lime
Build ingredients over ice into a tall glass or shake with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with fruit.


Arizona Cooler
• 2 oz. Gin
• Grapefruit juice
• Cranberry juice
• Garnish: Wedge of lime
Build ingredients into a glass topping with equal measures of grapefruit & cranberry juices. Garnish with fruit.

Sloe Motion
• 2 oz. Sloe Gin
• Champagne
Pour the Sloe Gin in a Champagne flute and top with chilled Champagne.


Cooler
• 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
• 2 oz. Grapefruit juice
• 2 oz. Lemonade
• Garnish: Lemon slice
Pour all ingredients over ice into a tall glass.
Garnish with fruit.

Rum

Piña Colada
• 8 oz. Pineapple juice
• 8 oz. Coconut cream
• 6 oz. Rum
• 3 cups of Ice
• Cherries
• Slices of pineapple, orange or lime
In a blender, grind ice while gradually adding the pineapple juice, coconut cream and rum. Alternatively, use shaved ice. (The ice should be thick enough to hold a cherry on top without sinking in.) Serve in a tall glass with a straw. Garnish with one cherry and a slice of fruit.

Mai Tai
• 2 oz Rum
• 1/2 oz Curacao
• 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
• 1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
• Juice of 1 fresh lime
• Garnish with spring of fresh mint
Pour the ingredients over shaved ice in a double old-fashioned glass, shake it well, add one spent lime shell and garnish.

Daiquri
• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• Garnish: Lemon Twist
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fruit.

Hurricane Cocktail
• 2 oz Light Rum
• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
• 1 tbsp Grenadine
• Garnish: orange slice and cherry
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with fruit.

Blue Hawaiian
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• 1 cup Ice
• Garnish: Cherry and Pineapple
Mix all the ingredients with ice in a blender at high speed. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with fruit.

Continental
• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Creme de Menthe (green)
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
• Garnish: Lemon Twist
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fruit.

Zombie
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Anejo Rum
• 1/4 oz 151 Proof Rum
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 cup Crushed Ice
•1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice and Mint Spring
Blend all the ingredients at low speed in blender and strain into collins glass. Garnish with fruit and mint spring. Serve with a straw.

Vodka back to top

Long Island Iced Tea
• 1 part Vodka
• 1 part Tequila
• 1 part Rum
• 1 part Gin
• 1 part Triple Sec
• 1 1/2 parts Sweet and Sour Mix
• 1 splash Coca-Cola
• Garnish: Lemon slice
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with fruit.

Black Magic
• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 3/4oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1 dash Lemon Juice
• Garnish: Twist of Lemon
Stir and serve in glass over ice cubes.
Garnish with fruit.


Black Russian
• 2/3 Vodka
• 1/3 Coffee Liqueur
Mix directly in an old fashioned glass with a few cubes of ice

Bloody Mary
• 3/10 Vodka
• 6/10 Tomato Juice
• 1/10 lemon Juice
• Worcestershire Sauce
• Tabasco
• Salt and Pepper
• Garnish: Celery Stalk
Mix all the ingredients in a tumbler with ice and garnish.

Citronella Cooler
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1/4 oz Light Rum
• 1/4 oz Coconut Rum
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 splash Grenadine

Mix all the ingredients in a tumbler with ice.

Godmother
• 3/4 oz Amaretto
• 1 1/4 oz Vodka
Mix all the ingredients serve in a tumbler with ice.

Hairy Navel
• 1 1/4 oz Vodka
• 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
• Fill with Cranberry Juice
• Garnish: Orange Slice
Mix and serve with garnish.


Harvey Wallbanger
• 3/10 Vodka
• 1/10 Galliano
• 6/10 Orange Juice
• Garnish: Orange Slice and Cherry
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail glass with ice, mix well. Garnish with fruit.

Kamikaze
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 1/4 oz Vodka
• Garnish: Wedge of Lime
Mix and pour over ice. Garnish with fruit.

Orange Mist
• 1/4 Vodka
• 1/4 Irish Whiskey
• Soda Water
• 1/2 Orange Juice
• Garnish: Orange Slice
Shake the vodka, whisky and orange juice, serve in a double cocktail glass, top up with soda water.
Garnish with fruit.

Margarita
• 2 oz Tequila
• 2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• Salt
• Garnish: Lime Wedge
Rub the rim of a Margarita Glass with lime wedge and dip it into salt. Shake tequila, lime juice and triple sec in a shaker with ice and strain into a Margarita glass. Garnish with fruit.

Strawberry Margarita
• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• Salt
• Garnish: Lime Wedge
Rub the rim of a margarita glass with lime wedge and dip into salt. Shake tequila, triple sec, lime juice and strawberry liqueur in a shaker with ice cubes. Strain into a margarita glass.

Tequila Sunrise
• 2 oz Tequila
• 4 oz Fresh Orange Juice
• 1 oz Grenadine
• Garnish: Orange Slice and Cherry
Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice and top with orange juice and stir. Add grenadine by tilting the glass and pouring grenadine down side. Garnish with fruit.

Rude Cosmopolitan
• 1 1/4 oz Tequila
• 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
• Juice from a whole Lime
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice
• Garnish: Orange Peel
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fruit.

Tequila Sour
• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.

Cosmolito
• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
• 2 oz Cranberry Juice
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Garnish: Lime Wheel
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fruit.

Bloody Maria
• 1 1/4 oz Tequila
• 4 oz Tomato Juice
• Juice from half a lime
• 4 dashes of Cholula or other hot sauce
• 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• Pinch of salt and pepper
• Pinch of horseradish
• Garnish: Celery stalk
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, roll back and forth to mix. Strain into a large glass, rocks or pint glass, over ice and garnish with vegetable.

Silk Stocking
• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 oz Creme de Cacao
• 1 tsp Chambord
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

Schnapps back to top

White Sangria
• 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
• 1/2 cup Cognac
• 1/4 cup White Sugar
• 4 Oranges, Sliced into rounds
• 2 Mangos, peeled and sliced
• 4 bottles dry white wine, chilled
• 1 liter Ginger Ale, chilled
In a pitcher, combine peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, sliced oranges and sliced mangos. Chill for at least one hour. Pour fruit mixture into a large punch bowl. Stir in white wine and ginger ale.

Sweet Seduction
• 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
• 1/2 oz blackberry schnapps
• 1/2 oz cherry brandy
• Sprite or 7 Up
Combine southern comfort, schnapps, and cherry brandy over ice and shake. Pour into a glass, top up with soda, stir, and serve.

Snowshoe
• 1 oz Crown Royal
• 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• Ice
Place ice in a lowball glass. Pour in Crown Royal; top with schnapps. Do not stir.

Mint Julep Martini
• 2 parts Orange Loquor
• 2 parts Bourbon
• 1/4 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• Garnish: Mint sprigs and Orange Twists
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish.

Sex on the Beach
• 1 oz Vodka
• 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
• Cranberry Juice
• Grapefruit Juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and grapefruit juice, stir.

Amaretto Smoothie
• 4 (1.5 fluid oz) jiggers Amaretto Liqueur
• 4 (1.5 fluid oz) jiggers Milk
• 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
In a blender combine amaretto, milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into 4 glasses.


Belfast Brownie
• 1 oz. Irish Cream
• 1 oz. Crème de Cacao (dark)
• 1 oz. Orange Curaçao
• 4 pieces Candied Orange Peel
• 2 tbsp Cream
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then strain into a glass.

Golden Cadillac
• 1 oz Crème de Cacao (white)
• 1 oz Galliano
•1 oz Light Cream
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Grasshopper
• 1 oz Crème de Menthe (white)
• 1 oz Crème de Cacao (white)
• 1 oz Light Cream
• Garnish: Grated Chocolate
Shake the liqueurs and the cream with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Decorate with a little grated chocolate.


Velvet Hammer
1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa)
• 1 oz Light Cream
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
