Check out the striking, cobalt blue bottle and the word ‘RELAX’ running up the side—This is the Relax Riesling-Schmitt Sohne. The perfect white wine—fruity, easy to get along with. Its crisp, clean taste, simple package, and life style image has become an instant success amongst Consumers. Sophisticated enough for the toughest critic—priced and packaged for the people who’d rather enjoy wine than study it. The natural acidity gives this wine a perfect balance that is refreshingly crisp and leaves your mouth watering. You will also notice it is packaged in a 375 ml aluminum bottle—with a screw-on re-sealable cap. It’s easy to grab and go… perfect for stocking the cooler, ideal for serving at a party or for having ‘just enough’ wine at home. Can be enjoyed with a variety of foods from seafood and poultry to oriental foods and fresh salads. Serve chilled. Retails for $4.99/bottle 375 ml.
What is Thanksgiving without a great Riesling-especially from Germany? That is what this next one is all about!! It is the Schloss Vollrads 2005 Qualitatswein Rheingau Riesling-from the Schmitt Schenk Estate, owned and operated by the Schmitt family for more than 200 years. This winery uses ecological methods and harvest the grapes late and by hand. Their philosophy is to let the wines develop as naturally as possible in the vineyard and then enhance these characteristics by modern and meticulous handling in the winery. Check out the glass cork on this bottle!! Just push up on the side to open. This one is a little dryer—full of apple and pear, crisp and semi-sweet. A sheer treat!! This will be a perfect pairing with your turkey dinner or game bird. Retails for $16.99/
