Shrimp & Scallop Skewers Thread shrimp on 1 skewer and scallops on another. Coat with parsley, salt, pepper, sweet paprika and red pepper. Sear in a hot pan of olive oil. This one kind of has a kick to it. Goes great with the Bonny Doon!!
