You are going to want to let this one breathe for atleast 15 minutes before tasting—this will give it time to loosen up and release the berries. Best served in a big balloon glass—and swirl it around a bit. You will find it dark ruby in color, velvety texture and hints of berries and wood. Complex and elegant.
