Mark your calendars!!!  Tuesday, July 11th—Dinner w/Wine Pairings.  Please join us!!  Arranged exclusively for Furlong’s Liquor Wine Club.  At White Bear Country Inn/Rudy’s (White Bear Lake).  Cost is $50.00/person—includes dinner, wine, tax and tip.  Friends and family are welcome to join us.  Sign-up at Furlong’s Liquor—space is limited.  Invite and details are in this month’s Wine Bags. 

Mojito’s

9 ounces Bacardi Rum—light

8 springs of fresh spearmint leaves

3 limes

1/2 liter club soda

1/2 cup sugar

In a large glass pitcher, muddle the mint leaves.  Add the sugar and lime juice—stir.  Fill pitcher with ice.  Add the Bacardi rum and club soda—still well.  Add crushed ice to tall glasses when ready to serve.  Garnish glasses with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.  Gather up your friends and Woo hoo!!!
