Crab Cakes (that rock!!!) 6 ounces good white crabmeat 1 (5 ounce) jar Cheddar spread—Kraft Old English 1/4 tsp. Wasabi powder 2 T. mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup butter(1 stick) softened Dash of cayenne pepper Loaf of very thin sliced white bread Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use a round cookie cutter and make bread rounds approximately 4 inches in diameter—discard the crusts. In a large bowl, combine crab, cheese spread, mayonnaise, wasabi powder, garlic powder, butter and cayenne pepper. Spread mixture evenly over bread rounds. Place on baking sheet. Bake until topping is heated through and golden brown on top—about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot. These are super easy and are an excellent appetizer.
