Text Box: 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 T. melted butter
Fish (crappies/sunfish/walleye work too) 
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.  Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.  Dip fish in milk, then in bread crumbs.  Place on baking sheet.  Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese over all.  Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Text Box: Wine Tip—If you can’t quite finish off that bottle of wine (not usually a problem at our house) . . .
Here is what you can do:  Save the cork—put the cork back in the bottle and store the unconsumed wine in the refrigerator.  This goes for all wines—white, red, sparkling, etc.  Keeping the wine cold, will slow down the aging process.
