1/2 lb Swiss Cheese, shredded 1/2 lb Buddig Corned Beef, shredded 1 3/4 cup Sauerkraut 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing Combine first 4 ingredients and bake at 425 degrees until hot. Serve on snack rye bread. |

Welcome all new Wine club Members and all returning members. We hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day. The wine tasting we had at St. Peter’s was a great success. Good times were had by all—and we got to taste some really nice new wines. This month we get to celebrate one of my favorite holidays—St. Patrick’s Day.
