Come one, Come All!!!  Furlong’s Liquor Dinner w/Wine Pairings!!!!!  Tuesday, February 19th—6:00 p.m. at Rudy’s Red Eye in White Bear Lake.. Arranged exclusively for Furlong’s Liquor Wine Club.  Cost is $50.00/person-includes dinner, wine, tax and tip.  Apps, salad, Entrée of Grilled Tenderloin Steak w/Bernaise Sauce, topped w/coconut shrimp, followed by some sweet satisfaction!!  Friends and family are welcome to join us.  Sign-up at Furlong’s Liquor.  Please join us!!   

 

 

 

Greek Meatballs in Wine Sauce

3/4 lb ground lamb

3/4 pound ground beef

1 small onion—finely chopped

2 T. flat leaf parsley—chopped

Salt and pepper

1 T. butter

1 T. Extra virgin olive oil

1 cup dry white wine

1/2 lemon

Combine the meats, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.  Add butter and oil to fry pan, over medium high heat.  Make bite size balls and throw in the pan.  Cook 10—12 minutes.  Deglaze pan with wine and allow wine to reduce by half (1—2 minutes).  Remove from heat and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over the meatballs and serve.
