Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1/2 shot pineapple juice

Splash of cream (or 1/2 & 1/2)

Shake it up.  Pour it in a glass.  Pour a small amount of grenadine in the glass (it will sink to the bottom).  Bottoms Up!!
