Dan and Terry and the Gang at Furlong’s Text Box: 4-10 inch flour tortillas 8 trimmed leaves of green leaf lettuce—washed and dried 12 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast 12 slices smoked bacon—cooked crisp 1 tomato—cut into 16 wedges 1 ripe avocado—cut into 16 slices (toss w/2 tsp lime juice) Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper 1 cup watercress—washed and dried Ranch dressing Wrap tortillas in a barely damp paper towels and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Heat the tortillas individually in an un-greased large skillet over medium heat. Lay the tortillas on a cutting board and start to layer the ingredients. Season with the salt and pepper. Top with the dressing. Fold up the bottom quarter of the tortilla and then start to roll each sandwich into a cone shape. Secure with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
