Thank you for the great memories!! Let’s look ahead to 2006—Uncork and Enjoy!!
Text Box: We are starting out with something rich and racy!! It is the Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon “Grand Reserve”. This powerful red is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petite Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. Comes from the Santa Lucia Highlands. An immense amount of care and detail goes into the growing of the grapes and production of this wine, and every barrel is hand selected before the final blend is created, thereby warranting the ’Grand Reserve’ designation. These grapes are truly mountain grown. A warm rush of cherries and plum start this sensation out—before fading to chocolate and toffee with a hint of mint towards the end. The tannins are firm, smooth and polished, leaving a silky and supple texture in the mouth. Ideal wine to pair up with a New York Strip steak basted in butter and garlic or a Friday night conversation—Consumers choice. Retails for $22.99/bottle.
Text Box: And now for the white . . . Let us introduce the Lockwood Chardonnay produced in their southern Monterey Vineyard. This vineyard is one of the largest premium estate vineyards in the world, selling fruit to a handful of California’s most elite wineries. Good natural acidity from the cool nights brought together with the pleasurable mix of peach and nectarine flavors, produces a crisp and fresh wine of elegance, resulting in a classic Chardonnay. 100% French oak aging takes place. Pairs up well with grilled snapper or chicken breasts in a light cream sauce. Retails for $9.99/bottle. Please enjoy!!
Text Box: Here’s to a New Year filled with fun, laughter and happiness!!
